I asked about this in the questions section but to no avail, and I couldn't find any info on it anywhere other than it's product page.. well it sounded too interesting to pass up and so I took the plunge, here's my review.

Ad copy: Running Through Your Mind is a way of forcing a desired piece of information on someone when there are multiple choices available. Nothing is ever written down and no equivoque is involved, it appears as a completely random choice and yet you will always know what it is they are thinking, as it is you that have decided exactly what it is they have in mind though they will believe there is no way anyone but them could know.
Along with the 'Running Through Your Mind' force, there is also another application that allows for you to know what someone is thinking from multiple choices with no force involved, they will think through there options and when they have one in mind you will know what it is they are thinking.
Included with the titled piece are 2 other pieces, a coin bending routine with multiple variations and a method for a smash & stab style effect.
Contents:
Running Though Your Mind Force - A way of forcing someone to think of something from multiple choices/options, and I go over how to apply this technique for an ACAAN that allows for the illusion of any card named to be at the position of any number named in a borrowed deck where the deck is out and in the hands of others before anything is called out, and they do the dealing.
I also go into the method of RTYM that allows for you to know what someone is thinking without any forces involved, and go over a thought of card effect utilising this method.
The effects are not the focus though, the focus is the actual Running Through Your Mind force which once learnt you will be able to apply and use however you wish.
APBend - You cause your participants as a group to experience something a little strange, for they will believe and see a coin to be bending and warping infront of there very eyes, yet the coin is seen moments after to be completely normal and unaffected.
This is my take on the coin bend that presents this piece not as actual metal bending, but as a strange experience within the minds of the participants (Also included are variations that play out as actual coin bending).
I also teach a pure version of the original APBend that requires nothing other than a borrowed coin and some willing participants.
A Friend In Need - A method for a smash & stab style effect.
This method allows for no risk of anyone ever being in danger of being impaled and yet the last cup will always be the one that is shown to have the nail under in a surprising fashion.
My thoughts: I will go over each piece in turn and then give my overall thoughts on everything.
Running through your mind force: This is the reason I bought this manuscript.
There are 2 parts to this, one is a force and the other is a way of knowing what someone is thinking of, I will go over both seperately.
The force-
This allows for you to have someone think of something and for you to force what that something, though it must be from a range of possibilities, an example being a number from 1-10 or a colour.
Lets say you wanted to force someone to think of a playing card, you would have them first think of a number and then a suit and combine the 2 to create a playing card, this is all only in there mind and yet you will have forced them to think of whatever card you have chosen, and then of course you use this in whatever effect you have in mind.
The other-
This is the alternate to forcing something in which you know what someone is thinking of from multpile possibilities.
In this you will not know what the participant will be thinking of until they are, and they have complete control and freedom over what they are thinking of, and yet you will know what this is as they are doing it.
An example would be having someone build a card in there mind, they first think of a value and then a suit to go along with said value, once they have this in mind you will know what it is and can then reveal or use this information as you please.
More thoughts on both the above-
I cannot go into any real detail as I don't want to give anything away, but both give the illusion of complete freedom.. well the force gives the illusion of complete freedom and yet your completely in control, whilst the other really does offer complete freedom in there choice and yet you know what they have in mind.
Both are completely propless and impromptu anytime anywhere techniques and everything seems completely open and fair and free.
Only a couple of effects are gone over using one or the other of the techniques, for the non-force a thought of card piece is covered, and for the force an acaan is gone over, though not thoroughly but that's because once you know the methods the acaan does not require much explanaining as you simply force them to think of your desired card and number, and then have someone deal down to these apparently freely thought of things and voila, the thought of card is at the thought of number (actually this is probably the best acaan I have ever come across as it can use a borrowed shuffled deck and it's in there possession before any card or number is even thought of, and they do all the dealing into a face-up pile. This is about as close to the 'Berglas' effect as you can get).
The focus was not on effects within this though, they are just there to give you a couple of ideas, the focus is the technique itself.
Difficulty-
The actual methodology is very easy to do.
Final thoughts-
An excellent technique that has so much potential and so many possibilities, nothing is ever written down or verbalised by them and the only limits put on them are the selection of what they can think of, like you cannot simply have them think of anything in the universe and then know it or force it, but from a range this is brilliant.
I really like this, it's another completely propless and impromptu technique I now have within my arsenal that allows for so many different effets and ideas, excellent stuff.
APBend: A coin bend routine where everything seemingly only happens within the mind of the participants/spectators.
This is a nice routine and is a change from the way metal bending is usually presented, it has a nice hypnotic/influnce style feel to it where you cause them to apparently see things that are not really happening through suggestion and the like, ending with the coin being as it was from when you borrowed it.
The handling is very open and fair, and there are a couple of nice linguistic subtleties that allow for this to be such an open handling without any worries.
The first time they begin seeing the coin to be bending is whilst it's laid out flat on your open palm, which is great as far as im concerned.
You also get a couple of alternate versions including ending with the coin staying bent.
Also taught is a completely impromptu version of the original effect but one that uses nothing but a borrowed coin and the participants/spectators, I have only done this 6 times and 5 times it has succeeded in having them see the coin bending.
This version really is all in there mind and so obviously is not 100%, but 5 out of 6 times it has worked for me so far and so it's looking good.
I prefer the original method as you are definitely going to have them experience the desired effect.
Difficulty-
For the original and most of it's variations the mechanics are simple and easy to do.
The pure version will definitely require a strong and confident performer to make the most of it.
Set-up- You will need to carry something extra with you, though you can re-use it over and over and over unless you do a variation where you end with an actually bent coin for them to keep.
Final thoughts-
I think this is great and have played around with similar ideas, and this is a very workable and powerful effect that is easy to accomplish and that can play just as well with one as it will a whole group.. though the more the merrier.
