Hey everyone! My name is Josh and I am from Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Last year my dad decided to start building wooden toys to give to underprivileged kids in our area that wouldn't get any gifts otherwise. We have even put together a really simple magic kit!

Hey Josh,
Is "Santa's Workshop" a 501(c)(3) entity as recognized by the IRS? That is, are donations tax deductible? Also, how exactly does this relate to magic as a whole? You've made a (as in one I assume) magic kit, but it seems like most of your other stuff isn't magic related at all.

Simple professors nightmare. A paddle. A deck of cards with a couple easy card tricks and a trick with a wooden ball on a rope that can be stopped mid fall.
