Hey guys! Hope everyone is having an excellent start to the weekend. On Wednesday, we released the third volume in the Foundations series by Jason England. As most of you know, Jason is internationally renowned as a master card technician, with unrivaled proficiency at some of the most technically challenging moves ever devised. With over 3 hours of comprehensive instruction covering SIX moves, it's no wonder why he is one of the best. With that said, our contest this week is directly inspired by one of the moves taught.

The challenge for this week is this: lose a card in the deck, then find it with precision and accuracy. For example, you can start with the card on top, then perform a series of convincing cuts and shuffles, and then find the selected card using ANY method. Just make sure it is clear that the card is lost, and then found again using any method you desire. Also, make sure you show the card before AND after your sequence.

Video entries should be no longer than a minute (60 seconds max). Once you have your video filmed, upload it to either YouTube or Vimeo, and then post the link to your video in response to THIS forum thread by no later than 7:30pm EST tomorrow, Sunday, March 23rd. Once time is up, our panel of judges will go through each submission and decide on a winner.

What criteria should your entry follow? Make sure the sequence is convincing, clean, and that there are no duplicates involved whatsoever. Make sure you practice it before filming! If you do those things, you have a better chance of winning. Remember, show the card before and after the sequence!

What can you take home this week if you win? 1,000 Elite Member Points, and a SIGNED copy of Foundations 3, shipped to you on the house.

We're excited to see what you've got for us this week. Get to practicing!

Teach me man, that was the coolest **** I've ever seen, if you don't want to reveal it, can you just tell me whether you really placed the ace in the middle of the pack?

An original idea, based of an old concept. If you've figured it out, good for you. But keep the secret to yourself and appreciate it as much as it should be. This is just a very clean, simple, skillful and easy way to find a spectator's selection. Enjoy and use it if you know how :)
