I was practicing the scissor cut when a card popped out of the middle of the deck, inbetween the break. It was really smooth, and could look really cool. Has anyone ever thought of creating a flourish like this, or has there been one made?

Yeah! It's basically Jonas Haglund's Turnover Hotshot, but the same mechanics are applied onto the scissor cut.
