I just wanted to know if anyone knows where I can find just the scrath-off,just the scrather image that says $..WINNER,or can find onw similar to it.

Umm, you might need to be a bit more clear, but if you mean the Bicycle card with the scratch image on the back, it's in the UltraGaff deck released by Ellusionist.
