I love messing around with methods for the Torn and Restored Card plot. I have a few kicking around, one of which is published. This method is probably my favourite one. It's totally practical, the cards are completely examinable before and after the effect, and there's just a single one-time preparation that takes about 10 seconds to complete. This is the first time I'm sharing it with magicians and I'd love to hear what you think of it!
