Slow DL's what do I do?

Hey guys,
I just purchased from T11 for the 1st time.. I started the DL and it went from 8 hour dl time, to 24 hours... I live in a place where the electricity goes, and net gets cut... so i cant leave my PC on soo long, because the DL will simply get canceled...

What do I do!!! I can't watch what I bought!!!

it happened to me , just contact them, they 'll fix it , as they done for me
