Are there any books or DVDs devoted to sponge balls. Cause i see one here and there now and then in a book, but I have a set of four at my house and really have no routines to use with them. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction.

Sponge by Jay Noblezada should really guide you in the right direction. It has countless routines, moves, and applications. It's almost like the bible of sponge magic haha... :)
