Does anyone who have this know if you have to shave before applying it? I have VERY hairy arms, and I'm assuming I do, but that would leave me patchy when not doing the effect.

Well you don't need to although it looks a lot better if there is no hair. Due to the fact Ray gives you some tips on applying other products to make the Tatoo less "shiny" and more realistic like it is actually under the skin.
It all depends on the amount of body hair since, if it's a forest than maybe not but, a little bit is ok haha.
