Support Ticket Problems

It's more than 48hours since I submitted these tickets!!!
BUT NO ONE answer my questions.WHY?

Hello,

All support tickets are answered within 12 business hours (Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm). However, the support team does try to answer support tickets as swiftly as possible -- even on nights and weekends.

That said, you should being hearing from the support crew soon. Don't worry -- they'll stick with you 'till the end.
