Sybil cut

After reading a review on The System I realized that I didn't know the Sybil cut so I learned it today and after a few hours of practice I can do it without dropping cards (It came quite easy because I did learn it a few months before but saw it too difficult and I've also learned other cuts using the Z grip) So now I need to work on speed and smoothness. So why am I making a whole thread out of just this? I was just wondering if anyone had a good way to practice this cut and get smoothness, like how did you get it smooth/fast. Then again this is just a cut not a magic trick..

Normally what I do is cut the packet into 4 equal parts, and tape each packet so that they will not fall out. I then practice the cut, that way you do not have to worry about cutting the cards or going too fast.
