Whats the difference between normal Tally-Ho cards and Tally-Ho Pinochle Playing Cards?

Pinochle decks have two each of 9, 10 , Jack, Queen, King and Ace for each suit (hearts, diamonds, spades and clubs) for a total of 48 cards. There are also usually instruction cards explaining how to play Pinochle. The deck is great if you do effects that require the destruction of multiple cards of the same value.

Aren't there some blank cards too? I remember 5-6 cards came spare, but one of them was blank for some reason (I bought a few packs to practice tricks which require tearing cards for an effect)

Its possible. I have usually gotten the Bicycle Pinochle decks and the additional cards to get from 48 to 52 have instructions. Don't know if it is different with the Tally Hos.
