A solid start, for sure. You telegraph the vanish a bit by doing the move at the wrong time. Also it's not clear what you're doing there. As in, what you're pretending to do when the card vanishes. Are you tearing it? Squeezing it?
The display is good, but at the same time it seems fishy because of the way you're holding the palm up hand - Also, what if they're your height or taller? The camera is at chest height but I rarely perform for people that short. The final production just makes me think, "It's in that hand. Yup, it was in that hand."
But overall I do like it and I do think you've got a solid start on this little sequence. I just think you need to adjust the timing a little bit.
Also - all of this may go out the window with an actual presentation. If you're talking and engaging the audience they'll probably miss all that.
