Hi there,
just wanted to leave a quick note about what happened to me the last days with my Mac and Theory11.

In august 2008, I had ordered several videos and downloaded them.

Few days ago, my Mac crashed (yes it did and I still do not know why!) and all my video-files were gone.

What to do now?

Spend about a hundred $ for all the old files that I had bought before?

Throw my Mac out of the window? ( I would NEVER do so :) )

So I contacted the customer service here at Theory11 and told them about my mishap.

I couldn´t believe the email, I got about about a day later:

Although it is about half a year ago now since I had bought these files, they provided me with downloadlinks for all my videos.

So I just want to say thank you to you guys. You do a terrific job. If someone has an unusual problem, you got the unusul solution.

Impressive. Though it wouldnt be hard to track down which videos you bought, as it will be recorded on their system. But impressive customer service nonetheless!

Yes, good customer service could mean that some idio.... might misuse it but hopefully not. :cool:
