Well... I guess you could say it kind of is, but not any type of second deal known. You are switching the card for the second card, but not in any ordinary manner.

if i m right about what i think u r doing then its more like a neck tie second deal ... i could be way off the spot though ... also the lighting did not help the clarity either...

I'm not sure what a necktie second deal is, but again I have to tell you that my latest version of this move (v. 2336669 to be exact) looks so different, and is much cleaner. I'll get a video up ASAP.
