First, this should go in the Card Magic Forum.
Second, there was way too much thumb action. I think you may be performing it incorrectly in that way. The fade was too long as well. Otherwise, it was fluid and smooth, which is what counts.

Thumb action is definitely over the top.
I would try turning your deck hand to be more open.
The last thing is something to think about "The difference between a magician and a gambler practicing is the magician will deal in a pile, the gambler will deal hand." What good is this if you can't deal hands?
