Recently Theory 11 released the Ivory Tycoons. While I have not yet purchased that version, I thought it high time that I reviewed the Blue Tycoon Playing Cards, also by Theory 11. Within this review, you will see what all the cards look like, and witness a demonstration of how the deck handles.
