Theory11 decks in Canada?

I know that Theory11 decks can be sold in Target and Barnes&Noble, and I know that B&N is only in the US, but can I find Theory11 cards here at the Canadian Targets? I live in the lower mainland and I was just wondering.

I thought all Targets left Canada. The only place's I can pick up Theory 11 decks is my local magic shop and a couple card/game stores in Edmonton, AB.
