Thumb Cut Help?

@0:04 , try to move the deck as closest to your thumb as possible (move the deck to your left as much as you can) . you can try to use your other hand to adjust the deck . hope it works !

First off, you're not supposed to drop the packet onto your fingers, your middle finger is supposed to grab it from the deck.

I wouldn't recommend training with bridge sized cards, you should train with what you plan to use. However, using only half of a deck would make it easier.
