I just picked up the trilogy, and I was wondering how long it took you to master each flourish?

I learned them all in minutes, took a bit longer to master.

Jackson Five- Madonna III is the only thing I have down.

Erdnase Go Around- Impossible LOL

Vertigo- Not interested

Eko- 1 day to learn, still practicing

Mecka-1 day to learn, mastered within a week

Akira- 5 min to learn (lol) still practicing

Tectonic Verb- also impossible

Learning and "mastering" are two different things.

Of course you can "learn" these moves in a couple of minutes by just watching the tutorial and what-not. But mastering is another thing.

D&D took who knows how long to invent and practice the poo out of these flourishes and you learn them all in an afternoon?? You can't be serious. This raises another question: When do you "officially" learn it? When you struggle through the entire the flurish, but you technically know what finger goes where? Or when you get it down so you can control the cards like a master?

i always figure i spend 2 weeks doing one cut constantly, and by than i master it

but thats mastering
i had molecule 4 ny down perfectly in like a day, only b/c i already had alot of xp in florushing

if your totally new, expect to spend alonggg time

i would enjoy to see that, but ya if you want to be as good as dan and dave it would probaably take roughly 6-8 months, maybe it's because I suck, still practicing the carnahan fan but at least I can do a handful of those flourishes.

I highly dought that phil can master any of the trilogy flourishes in a day or two, but I could be wrong

You guys are really illiterate. He said he LEARNED them as in the mechanics on how they go. If you look at the bottom he SAYS IT TOOK A BIT LONGER TO MASTER.

Hey man, you just jacked yourself. If you even bothered to read, Philip said it "took abit longer to "master" but that he "learned them all in minutes". Something I did too, and I would vouch for Phil's technical ability.

and btw man, you spelt "actually" and "recommend" wrongly too, just so you know.
