TT cigarette vanish

I have been using the thumb tip to vanish cigarettes. It is just so much fun.
Im working on making the cigarette "reappear". does any body know a convincer I could use to prove that it is the same cigarette that just reappeared? (as I borrow cigarettes there is a chance that the cigarette vanished will not be the same brand as the one that appeared...)
I was thinking of a sharpie mark that I just put on the cigarette that I vanish...

I do not do to much cigarette magic, but two good places to start are
keith clark encyclopedia of cigarette magic and tom mullicas dvd set.

Also look up Dawin's Thumbtip magic lecture notes or books. It has a ton of material for TT.

The best way to vanish a cigarette is to have someone take off their nice leather coat, insert the thumb tip and then proceed to put the lit cigarette down into the TT, which is concealed in their jacket....let the smoke rise up for a few seconds, jam your thumb back in and hand them their coat back. This is great and really gets people "fired" up.

Nice idea with the coat. that must be a laugh to perform. I just do the classic in the fist vanish. The only thing is that you can't make the cigarette reapear after it disapeared so i need a duplicate cigarette. there is know reasons they should suspect it is not the same cigarette the way i routine the tricks but im just looking for a flase convincer that it is the same cigarette...
