Nothing really...some quick points on flousihes...how to use them with your tricks.....they also teach you some flourish which can mainly be found in both the trilogy dvd and the andthensome dvd....other is just some coins,food trick and many more....i think thts all i got to say..but its not worth the price for this dvd...just my opinion...they only have 1 flourish in it others he just give them the source like Out of Control by chris kenner and many other more
