Tycoon Decks card order

I just received my Tycoon decks, and noticed the order of the cards isn't what it usually is. (not Ace - King) Does anyone know what this particular order is? I'm guessing it's not random. Or maybe it is.

The order of the deck in Tycoons is far from random, but the possibilities with that stack are yours to discover!
