UK to US shipping time?

I'm pretty sure I saw this discussed before but I can't find the topic. Does anyone know about how long the shipping time is from the UK to the US? I ordered Breach from Daniel Madison and I wasn't given an estimated shipping date. Thanks.

The last item I ordered from the US took just over 2 weeks (that's to the UK) however I don't know Daniel Madisons shipping times so there is no definite.
