Thanks J. I will probably add the mute button back in. I had it in the beginning and then took it off because I thought it looked cheesy, but perhaps you guys have talked me into putting it back on.

A mute button is good. Right up top, preferably. It doesn't have to be cheesey, just "Mute" in a grey oval would work, or the very common speaker logo.

Yes..I contacted Tom to find out which company he had went through. It is a company called Blu Domain that offers Flash templates for photography sites but they work well obviously for other entertainment purposes as well. They are priced from $100-$400 depending on your needs.
I liked Tom's design and template and basically went the same direction as him.
I believe you pay for the template you want and then pay them the hosting fee of $100 per year. It was a great move on my part, however, search engines do not find the site. That is one mistake I made. I did not know that embedded text in flash does not get picked up in a search. Lesson learned.
