This does not use loops. The effect goes back many years. It was featured by Harry Blackstone Sr and Jr as well as Ralph Adams. Henning did it beautifully - normally with full sized handkerchiefs on stage. Copperfield had a beautiful version as well.

It is, fundamentally, a stage trick.

It is the Dancing Handkerchief.

No man, its not what you think... it is not TV magic and is actually possible to do believe it or not! I know what your thinking, since it is on a cartoon show it is probably video editing but believe me when I say this... people can actually do it.
