What makes a good One Coin Routine

Been curious bout this abit. What exactly makes a good one coin routine? Does it have to have a plot? Or can the coin just jump from one place to a different place? what sort of structure must one have? Kinda trying to work out a routine atm, but my friend says i'm just doing the same thing over and over.

Well i was producing coins from sleeves, air, elbow, ear. But he said its just repeating :/ like vanish and appear over and over.
