You are thinking of Cards by Martin which was run by Neil Lester who passed away in September 2009.

For traditionally made gaffs, check out:

http://www.thecardplant.com/category/gaffed-cards

http://www.martinismagic.com/Products.html (look about three quarters down the page where it says they hand make custom cards)

For custom printed gaffs, check out:

http://www.card-shark.de/index.cfm?page=29&lang=en

If you want to split yourself, check out:

http://www.lybrary.com/the-gaff-factory-a-comprehensive-drymounting-tutorial-p-750.html

or

If you want to print yourself, check out:

http://www.lybrary.com/make-your-playing-cards-a-11.html

Also, a great deck with lots of gaffs in it is the Bicycle Blue Gaff Deck that comes with Simon Lovell's Packet Killer (it is also sold separately). It has the gaffs for all the standard packet tricks.

In searching around, I found this Tally-Ho gaff deck (have to get that one!):

Is there a specific card or gaff you are looking for? Are you talking about card splitting db, df, sf, etc. or gaffing - end, belly, convex, reverse, short, long, corner, etc?
