I'm not a cardist, nor can I do much, but I love watching it. That being said Genesis by Andrie Jikh is probably the way to go (start with v1). 4 hours of instruction for 35 bucks? Probably the best complete volume on cardistry for beginners. If you aren't ready to spend the 35 dollars, you can learn for basic flourishes with Cardistry 101 which is only 5 dollars.
