This is called Firefly, created by Huron. There is no tutorial for it yet, but what I have heard so far is that they will create a dvd later on the future.

There is a picture tutorial at Handlordz and there is an underground tutorial created by bone himself 5 years ago. Also I heard that the virts will soon make a tutorial for it but there definition of soon means in about 4-8 months.
