If your goal is to be an authority on gambling techniques that would allow someone to cheat with cards, then there is always the possibility to become a consultant to casinos like T11 artist Jason England and well known magicians such as Darwin Ortiz.

Most of the moves marketed for cheating at cards are really impractical if you are playing with anyone who knows what they are doing. If you like card cheating, you have two options. First is to do what Steven suggested -- learn about cheating and work security at the casinos. If you want to go that route, check out Steve Forte's Gambling Protection Series. The other option is to do gambling demonstrations, showing people how you could cheat if you wanted to. Now, the key to recognize with gambling demonstrations is that you are rarely doing what you say you do (i.e. claiming to do bottom and center deals while really dealing duplicates from the top). That of course would be more in the magic realm.
You'll end up in the hospital before long if you try to use a bottom deal or a pass in a real game. It's common for magicians to think that they can cheat using sleight of hand but in reality cheaters think completely different from magicians. Even if your methods are sound the kind of games that you would have to play would already be illegal let alone what you are doing with the cards. You could end up dead.
There are lots of companies out there that will host pop-up casinos for charity events. I might contact them to see if you could perform gambling demonstrations for them and their customers. Worst scenario you could secure a job as a dealer.
