wire question

I have 3 methods for performing insane by andy nyman impromptu without gimmicks.
I thought it might be a good idea to put them into a wire download.
I do not own Insane so I do not know how it works. all I know is that it uses a gimmick. My versions are just as clean as insane ( in my opinion) and the cards are fully examinable afterward.
My question is the following: Will the theory 11 team let me put this effect on the wire even though they already have An effect that looks the same.

No no no just not no but hell no. It's not your effect. There is a thread here http://forums.theory11.com/showthread.php?40450-Magic-effects-and-copy-right talking about Teller from Penn and Teller in a lawsuit with someone selling a version of his effect even though the methods are different. Here is a link to the article.

I mean how would you feel if you had something on the market and I found a slightly different way of doing it and started selling it cheaper?
