Witness or TNR

so i want to get a new effect, and i am trying to choose between Witness or TNR. witness looks really cool, but i am not sure of its pros and cons. TNR looks awesome and i would get it, but i have heard the gimmick is really hard to make.
does anybody have any pros or cons of either, or which do you recommend?

Witness

Hey Max,
I would thoroughly advise getting witness because it is so easy and is very effective. Lee teaches it very well and i perform it all the time.

Go with Witness as TnR is not the best, most practical method for a torn and restored card.

I would say Witness. a better TnR would be torn, Fusion, FU2, IMPROMPTORN, Ripped and restored, reincardnation, reformation, Fire in the Hole, etc. etc. etc. I'm not saying TnR is bad, just not the most practical

Exactly choose witness you will not regret it.

Yeah seriously, TNR is a pipe dream, lol. There are so many better torn and restored cards out there.
