theory11 — Magic Tricks & the World's Finest Playing Cards

Technique By Matthew Mello

This has got to be one of the most ingenious methods ever for reading a spectator's mind.

The best part it...

Everything happens in the spectator's hands.

Your hands are clean during the whole process. (For the most part.)

And you end 100% absolutely CLEAN!

The Presentation:

The DVD is absolutely stunning. It has performances that will really help you get the hang of the method. The music is beautiful and seeing Matthew sitting in a field of flowers (in a tux) made me feel so...um...never mind. Everything goes by as smooth as can be.

The Teaching:

Wow. Matthew Mello is a great and I mean GREAT teacher. He teaches you the method and goes over it several times to help you get the hang of it. He also teaches you a way to get out of trouble in case anything goes wrong. At the end, he and Ian goes through a vigorous training session to help you out even more.

Overall:

At first, I thought, "Man, there's no way I am going to pull this off." But after watching the whole thing, I tried it out and it went great. It's not something that you can master in one day, but it's really simple and demonic method. For less than $25, this is an absolute must for all mentalists.

10/10

First off, glad you enjoyed it. But, I just thought I'd mention that it's Ian in the practice section...not Bob Smith lol.

If you have any questions feel free to pm or email me.

There is a bonus effect and it is a center tear, I believe thats what it is called please someone correct me if I am wrong. By the way if you have not picked it up I would suggest doing, you get mad reactions

This effect is pretty nice but I wouldnt go as far as a 10/10
People smart enough may figure it out. And the out he gives you is pretty simple as well.

Yeah, I agree.

I'm not too keen on the method behind this, I was a little disappointed to be honest. I don't think I'll ever use it - there are many other methods that can accomplish the same thing.

Clever thinking though, I do have to give him that. Taking an old principle and making it better, by far.
