The cards that Jason England is using in that video are the Bicycle Thistle back cards. They were made available as a part of the re-release of some of the vintage design cards awhile back. The Thistle Back was created and produced from 1891 through 1939 and features elves that were taken from designs used by the New York Consolidated Company which merged with The United States Playing Card Company. They are still available for approx $4 per deck from a number of sites including Gambling Incorporated.
