But I still have one issue..the cards come out of the box easily now but they still they don't fan and I don't know how to deal with that!
I've already shuffled it a few times and all that but still no luck! Any suggestions?
If heat or moisture has already damaged/warped the cards you are out of luck. You might not even notice by looking at them but subtle variances caused from heat/moisture will wreak havoc. You will need a new deck.
I have an extensive board game collection, and direct sunlight and/or moisture fluctuations will make the cardboard warp. I treat my playing cards the same. They're kept in a closet, out of the sunlight, with minimal temperature fluctuations.
