In another thread I started when the site first opened it was stated that the contents of the section would be 'products' (In parenthesis' just like that) so whatever is inside will be purchased I'm sure. What exactly it is, and what they'll teach who knows, we will in about 12 hours.

I am going to say NO. They already mention it on the description. They say without spending allot of money. This means you will need to pay, but it's not that much and you only pay for what you need help with.
