For those of you who own Symphony, had anyone come up with away to practice Jacobs' Ladder? I know my parents or friends are not going to stand there and hold a rubber band for an hour or 2. So does anyone have a method for practicing this?
Thank you

A board with two nails. The board can be scrap (thus free, or possibly just super cheap), and the nails cost a matter of cents. :)

Edit: Maybe 4 nails (two sets of two), so the bands are far enough apart. :)

I remember reading someone was using their feet to practice it. As ridiculous as it sounds, I think it might work.

Yeah, while sittin at your computer or wherever, just prop your feet up on the table and rap it around your big toes, then curl them down... it's worked well enough for me! XD

Is it me or was DGs trick way too obvious, I mean I figured the dollar one out the first time I saw the trailer.
Are you a layman or a magician? Because the two have very different mindsets when looking at an effect.

I hooked two clothespins to a drumstick and taped it to the edge of a shelf.

Chair sounds just as effective.

And the method fooled Chris Kenner when he saw it live...or at least he said so on the live chat.
