    What Is This?

It may have been a 21 card trick variation?

    Creating and designing playing cards

If you print with Bicycle Cards, you can get the "thin-crushed stock", but you'll have to buy over a thousand. You can also get a similar, very nice stock, if you're buying a hundred decks with Bicycle. Honestly though, if you print with Zazzle, you only have to buy a few, and you can still get...

    Creating and designing playing cards

Some cards were and drawn and then uploaded to a computer. Others are illustrated by using a graphic design program (you can pick one that you are comfortable with HERE. Some are free, some are ones you have to pay for. I would assume Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape are the types you'd be looking...

Which type of velvet is Shin Lim using?

There isn't really a velvet that goes over it. The mat itself is soft and cushioned and has a "velvety" texture. Some of the higher quality ones are straight up velvet or suede, and all of them are a soft fabric.

What is your favorite color change?

I love using Marlo's Miracle Change with a variation to make it visual. Lmao

Which type of velvet is Shin Lim using?

The Performance pad/Card mat? Like this: https://www.amazon.com/Magic-Close-Performance-Pad-Black/dp/B00X7HM7VS except he's probably using one with a much higher quality.

Great magicians we should definitely see

I love Kyle Eschen's performances. It's almost like you forget that it's a magic show because of how funny I find his stuff and then he blows your mind.

Great magicians we should definitely see

I have heard Mac King is amazing, and from what I've seen (only a few clips here and there, hope to go watch him live some day), he is definitely up there. His style is amazingly funny while still entertaining and magical.

    You used your sleeves

Lol the funny thing is, I've actually done that before :D! When I perform for kids, I hide sponge balls in folds or wrinkles in my sleeve, and retrieve them during the routine. I think I actually read that on the paper the Gosh Spongeballs come with.

    You used your sleeves

You can hide a sponge ball in it if you're careful with the folds, and then retrieve it later.

Is there a known way to let multiple cards fly mid air?

In a close up or stand up setting, you will definitely need some form of platform or attachment that you can control that the audience won't see. You can also use ITR, though I doubt you can control it super effectively, and you probably won't be able to do more than one or 2 cards. Unless you...

    You used your sleeves

Along with what Andrew said, just make sure you're entertaining your audience, not making a puzzle for them to solve/ Also, why not just roll them up before the performance?

    Favorites in Wilson's complete course

Sponge Balls! (Though not necessarily all the moves or the same style, more so taking the techniques and making my own routine , and also using it to figure out what things should be used where)

Is there a known way to let multiple cards fly mid air?

Would this be on a stage or in a stand up setting?

    Burnt out

Take a break! Nothing wrong with taking a break for a bit. Sooner or later, you'll want to come back! Or move on to a different field for a bit. I'm assuming you like cards right now, why not pick up some mentalism books? P.S. What did you find wrong in RCT? I love that book, and would be...

    Yigal Mesika Wax

I'm fairly certain I've (accidentally) eaten his IT before... I think we're ok lol But seriously, just make sure. I'm sure you can hit him up on his website or something :)

Take a look at the trailer :) Some effects end with you eating the thing you're levitating. (Though I was secretly hoping for a "I may have accidentally mistaken it for a cracker....")

    Tell me what you think.

Thanks! I personally have never ran across anything similar. If I work anything out, I'll PM you! (though it may be a while, I'm really busy with school right now :))
