What do YOU feel when performing?

Hah. I seem to get a tingly feeling, which as I perform turn out as a surge of confidence. But it always starts tingling... Actually, I wonder what the medical explanation of it is...? (cue for any doctors in the house?) G

    Voting Now open

A live performance will undoubtedly require more from the performer (At this level). My vote goes to you Ryan for an outstanding performance! Rock on. G

ever forget to check your pockets on laundey day?

Pfft 10$? Try forgetting your girlfriends secret-thin-present (hum, wonder what it is) envelope in your pocket. Her birthday is the next day. Finding an excuse to tell her? Now that's magic! G

    Bureau d'Échange

    1. You voice. Where is it? 2. Work on the climax. The final exchange between kings and the selected card was lacking spice and fluidity! Practice turning the pack over without the left hand being in such a...questionable position. G

    Brightside

I was happily surprised - after I saw you write 'subscribe' my eyes went drooly. Don't, it's incredibly tacky. People subscribe if they want to. @ the video, great, it looked smooth and perfect, nothing to be said really. Except that it looks a little like this ;) G

Effects with huge angle problems... good or bad for the performer?

That's an interesting way to look at things. I believe that if time is available, a performer can only improve. Thus, with time and experience, the magician will learn to circumvent the angle problem whilst at the same time learning/improving his performance. G

    Utility Moves vs. Tricks

Slipshot does not involve a gimmick. If you're looking for a control, I highly recommend the Bluff Pass (taught by Wayne Houchin)- it's an easy, invisible, highly laughable concept that works ingeniously. Just so you know, it's not actually a pass! G

    $190 to Spend.

Reread your statement until you understand what's wrong with it. Only when you do do I advise you to get hold of some stronger books on magic, like (ironically) Strong Magic by Darwin Ortiz. G

USPCC Seal - New Color for Bicycles

This is such a redundantly obscure thread. But; I can still see why it would be of interest to people who use effects requirant of seals. Good call. G

    Starting a card collection

7.05 Dollars for a Big Mac. And imported, hard to find cards? Pheewee! But not to drag this thread off course, I suggest you don't collect cards mate. Later in life, I'm quite sure you'll think to yourself: "Why the hell did I do that?" or "I could have spent that money on other [magic]...
