More and more, I get the feeling that Daniel Madison is like a modern Paul Le Paul.
Paul Le Paul said "The illusion of magic is an idealistic fantasy; it exists only in the imagination of the spectator...Audiences are not interested in inconsequential details. They want to see things...
I just looked at his performance in the media section and he does, in fact, blow on the coin (though his face is off screen, so anything's possible, I guess).
Collateral is hands-down my favorite thing from Daniel Madison. Most of the time when I buy an e-book or something containing several effects, it's because I want one or two specific effects that sound interesting. Or it's the case that all of the effects, while good, are impractical or are...
Yeah, man. I'm totally looking forward to it too. We will be among the few who get to exclusively perform this for a few hours (potentially). I will use that time wisely.
And yet, the only reason we (or at least I) poke fun is because of the site he runs. Perhaps if he put time into working on his artifice and not shamelessly aiding in the exposure of magic, there would be nothing to make fun of.
Can someone please lay out for me what the differences are between Q1, 2, and 3 playing cards are, how I can figure it out, and where to get the best kind?
Just pretend like you're describing it to a total idiot.
Thanks.
I've never honestly been a huge fan of custom decks, but as far as Bikes go, I think it's worth it to upgrade to Arrco's or Tally-Ho's. They don't arouse suspicion and they feel much better.
Other than the obvious unethical implications of exposure sites, there it the technical problem. If one tries to learn magic from these sites, they will learn it wrong and perform it wrong. It's a horrible way to start in magic--it gives beginners a large handicap that takes a while to overcome.
