There's a great free video converter I use called Videora. It's basically idiot-proof, not calling you an idiot but it's really simple. That should do the trick, simply just change it to MPG4 format and it will work on your nano. I use it all the time for putting videos on my ipod Touch...

The only thing is there is numerous loopholes in that system. You and a friend could battle eachother back and forth every day for a month and one friend purposely lose every time so the other person gets tons of points and eventually a few free 1-on-1's. However, you never know with T11, -RA69
