You can pick up one that I believe is called the number two pencil, the effect is that you notice the #2 on the pencil and you begin to move up and down the pencil, than, as a finale, you stretch out the #2 to say Number Two all along the length of the pencil. It's a pretty neat little thing...

I don't really use them. I have yet to find a better deck of cards than a deck of Tally's or Bees. The arrco's have a plasticy feel to them, but I have had one last for up to 8 months, without solid use though. Keenan

With an older deck, make sure your hands are not dirty, always wash your hands very thoroughly. You do not want to squeeze to hard, because it will cause the exact problem you are having. As you stated, try using a newer deck as well. Keenan
