I know with Quadrant you get a small handful of handlings and applications for the gimmick. With Rapture you get 3. I prefer the look of Rapture to Quadrant and it looks like Quadrant's gimmick is a bit more bulky than Rapture's.

You get a deck of 54 cards like it says in the ad copy. I don't know if you'll get any more info for exposures sake :/

Dan and Dave have a tutorial here for an in the hands riffle shuffle. They teach the proper grip and lay down the ground work. They have a table riffle shuffle here i hope that helps a little

Yes, I agree. The best counterfeit is almost identical to the original. This means that in order to tell a lie we bury it deeply in truth even if it is irrelevant to the lie. I like the idea of a formula but I would not limit myself to it. I do agree with the idea of your point though :)
