    The Merit Prediction

I have seen this move from Derren Brown's "Devil's Picture Book" series in his effect, "3 Card Routine". I hope that helps. You will find other gems in there, including "Smoke" which is one of my faves!

The Real Secrets of David Stone

Being a Canadian Asian myself, that's the first to ever hear the that term coined "Canasians"! I love it! BTW, looking forward to your review on The Real Secrets of David Stone.

    Mark the Fake on Youtube

Good point my friend. I don't know guys, Mark gives some pretty good advise on how to deal with hecklers. If you guys haven't checked it out, please check out his channel on youtube, before passing any judgement over him. He also seems to have a very strong stance as to who can really call...

Lit + Twilight Angels - Live Performance

My jaws dropped. I loved it. It stayed dropped for a while. Your spin on Lit at the beginning was very clever, I am really appreciating the combination. Looking forward to seeing your other performances. That video should be posted here on Theory11.

The Last Trick That Completely Floored You

Okay, I have two. The next one that floored me was when Paul Vigil performed Aaron Delong's "Believe". This effect reminds me of Paul Harris' Dr. Fun. I purchased this effect because of this clip. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N1OY0AQbDgQ

The Last Trick That Completely Floored You

The last time that I was delightfully fooled was when I saw Angela Funovits perform this card effect. Needless to say, I felt like a kid again. She is definitely the top female performer in my eyes. I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I do. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HNcgi4dndmk

    Arnaud Chevrier

Did a search on this forum before double posting. Has anybody heard of any new updates on Arnaud Chevrier since the last post of this? He's is absolutely an amazing technician with cards. I've always admired his handling on effects. I don't know if he's come out with any dvds, because he...

    Believe

Hey Douglas I just got Believe in the mail too! Pretty cool effect, but the Paul Vigil's presentation online was a little different, then what I thought it would be. Paul's version looks a lot more eerie. I haven't watched disc 2 yet, so I may be premature with this comment. Feel free to...

Looking for visual, impromptu, card tricks. (Suggestions)

Invisible Rising Card in AoA is a cool impromptu invisible deck routine. I also liked "Hey There Babycakes" also from AoA which reminds me of an "Anniversary-like" card effect where two signature merge into one card, except its impromptu and very entertaining with Paul Harris' presentation.

Rewind : a new take on the timeless T&R effect

Wow, the restoration is soooo clean! It's what t&r effects should look like, with each restoration looking successively more difficult and magical. The only drawback is the "first move" and "last move". For those trained eyes, you know what I mean. Some scripting could probably help cover the...

You Know Your a Magician in Trouble if...

When you do card on ceiling and underestimate its integrity. When you leave your Invisible Deck out and then a laymen rearranges them back into a regular deck to play cards (Honestly, who has experienced this, this has happened to me twice already!) When you do the twisting arms illusion and...

    Two Stunning Effects

Naked looks like a cool effect. I wonder what other variations and applications can be made with it. It has potential. To be honest with you, I'm not to fond of "let's face it". Maybe it'll look better with Canadian money where you actually see a different colour. The method might be cool...

The Importance of Presentation and Performing

Very well written there Sherlock. Although some of your threads sound harsh at times, I think the tone was right for this thread. I heard an analogy from a friend who said that an Air Pilot does not get his license to fly without doing thousands of hours of flying. The same should apply to any...

    Cyril Interview - ENGLISH

I am so with you on this TokyoUW. I love how Cyril brings back old effects and incorporates them to today's life. He is a very creative and amazing performer, a force not to be reckoned with! I can never forget the first time I have ever heard of him, when he pulled out a hamburger out of the...

    Serial Biller on Halloween

Well, to be honest, I have read threads that say that it should work with all currency that has a serial number. I would've probably made the same assumption. I haven't come across Malasian currency and curious as to what type of material it is composed of, more plastic like perhaps...

    Serial Biller on Halloween

Well, I know for sure it will work with Canadian currency, and suppose to work with any currency as long as its legal tender and has a serial number. Does anybody know if this principal is an original Rich Ferguson idea or if he credit's it to somebody else? I find it kind of funny that first...

    Really Cool Twisting Cards Presentation

Hey guys and gals, I just came across this twisting the cards routine which I found to be very visual and refreshing. This guy performs some pretty cool stuff. Check it out and tell me what you think. I think his name is Brett Bishop...
