    Paper Engine Trailer

Books are somewhat better than DVD's because you can take your time on them and don't have to hit rewind or anything like that if you missed it. I doubt any newbies will be able to afford TA. Unless they are heavily spoiled, which I doubt some are. The other DVD's are cheap and easy to get a...

    Paper Engine Trailer

I think it's good that "those noobs" are trying to learn magic. The business could always use some new blood to keep it pumping. The problem is they are doing the moves horribly and if people see them on youtube, they will think you are doing the move.. Unless you dress it up differently than...

    Retention question

I'd say it doesn't matter as long as you're not presenting it like "which hand is the coin in?" or by itself. If you are using it during or after a full routine. You could essentially just clean up with it on finger tip rest while everybody is looking at the other coins or whatever.

    Paper Engine Trailer

The books not going to be a DVD, that trailer was merely him showing the book and talking about it. He does have a DVD coming out that will teach Search and Destroy.

    Invisible Palm

The first 3 vanish's are, but I think the last one was from something different. He gives credit to guys where he learned them.

    A plea to the multitudes...

I see nothing wrong with making money with magic. It's pretty much one of the only careers out there that allow YOU to also enjoy it. I doubt people who work behind desk's really enjoy what they do. I doubt cashiers enjoy what they do. Plus it's a career that allows you to be your own boss...

    Invisible Palm

It's taught in The Classic Magic of Larry Jennings. Also in Art of Astonishment. True Astonishments. And in Bill Malone's On The Loose DVD set.

    The Dresden Files

There are no tricks on it. It's a Fantasy Novel about a Wizard who works as a consultant for the Chicago PD. Storm Front is good but it's a stand alone to the rest of the series. Also the Sci Fi channel version sucked ass and pretty much played all the episodes completely out of order and...

    andthensome double lifts

Yeah if you watch Paul harris perform the effect he does one practice throw and screws it up, then he does the whole thing like he is not sure if it will work, when it does... It goes over really well. Fancy double lifts and triple lifts are fun and all. But they take a lot away from the...

    What Should I Do?

Dove magic is not something you can just learn in a month or so. It takes a lot of time to train them and also take care of them. Another thing you could do is paper balls over the head. It's very funny and should be pretty easy to learn.

    Two new David Blaine specials!

He kind of already did the sleep deprivation thing when he was hanging upside. He said it was incredibly hard to fall asleep and also that when he thought about the sleep thing, they pretty much told him not to do it. The diving stunt seemed more for him to train for holding his breath on...

    Flicker - Micheal Paul

I like the fact that there is also a color changing deck thing with it as well.

    What Should I Do?

The In and Out rope escape. All you need is regular magicians rope and I think the DVD that teaches it. Which is like 25 bucks.
