Small hands shouldn't be a problem, I know that there are many threads on small hands so if you Search them up you shold find some stuff there. If none of that works for you the only thing that I can think of is using a bridge deck instead of the standard size.

There is a set of DVD's that can go along with the book (can't remember the magician that made them at the moment) so the one at DnD's might include that as well. I don't know for sure, just a thought.

There is quite a large difference but it would be difficult to explain without revealing. Personally I would pull for the Zarrow shuffle. They are both good shuffles but I prefer the latter, the pull through shuffle is in my mind more difficult for the same accomplishment, that is just my opinion.
