This has been released in a few gaff decks and as a trick. You should be able to find something without too much searching.

Just keep trying decks and see what you like. It also matters what types of things you do with them. I like Aristocrats very much. They are a good balance of price and performance. They are more expensive than bikes, but cheaper than most premium decks.

As for your dry hands you should try SortKwik or Golden Touch spray lotion. Get both and see what you like. I've also used Dove as hand soap and found improvement, but at least get some SortKwik.

Do an Elmsley count, after the third card you have the fourth by itself. Just put it on the bottom of the pile instead of the top when you are done. You are reset for another Elmsley. Or just do Jordan as above.
