Bullshit. Period. May I suggest that you learn riffle stacking first? If you put in the time to get your riffle stacking to a point where it looks convincing, I bet you'll figure out ways to set up the cards prior to stacking.

You could have saved some time by reading Gene Maze's book. But good that it still works out for you. Seems like you put more time and effort into the deal than Madison himself.

No, it is not impossible. As hard as it sounds, you're just not able to do it because you haven't practised enough. Don't rush it. The Bottom Deal takes time to learn. Take your time to learn the move properly. LonelySharks advice on using a metronome is a great tip! I don't know what to think...
