Why is the international shipping on here so expensive?

I feel you. Shipping is about $30 for me. Nothing really you can do about it. If possible try to ask friends if they need something from t11 aswell and then you order together and split the shipping costs.

    Bottom Deal - Erdnase Grip

I keep the pressure throughout the entire deal. Although I tend to loosen up the grip on the take as it reduces the sound of the bottom deal. You apply pressure to the bottom (face) card and slide out as your right hand takes the card. To reduce the knuckle flash you should apply the pressure...

    Scarne's Aces

Difficult technique. You performed it well! I never liked it though. Never was into this open riffle shuffle and I just find it impossible to do at a decent shuffling speed. I eventually gave up on it.

    Shuffle

There is no point in learning a center deal if you can't deal proper bottoms and seconds. The Second Deal is certainly the easiest false deal to learn. However the things you learn when practising the Second Deal (Timing, Rhythm) will help you for your other false deals aswell. That's why I...

How to reduce the knuckle flash from my bottom deal?

That's the Daniel Madison way of doing it which results in an awful bottom deal. You don't need a huge buckling action, a small movement of the middle finger is sufficient if you practice enough. You will never completly eliminate the movement of the fingers. With enough practice and the right...

Tally-Ho (Circle or Fan Back) are my weapons of choice, no matter if it's cardistry or card tricks. For around $3,5 they're also reasonably priced. lol Reason: good marketing.

    Where are the original members?

Unfortunately decknique shut down around that time. I kinda miss these cerca trova kind of contests, where you would have to look for clues around the entire theory11.com page to find hidden information and videos.

Shuffle Cut Deal - JFX [Card Cheating]

Hi, it has been a while but finally I was able to make another video. I demonstrate a few of my ways to control cards during the shuffle. I published some of these techniques on "TheWire" already. However I plan on releasing theses as a bundle (re-shot). Hope you like it! Regards, Joey

    Bottom Dealing

Using a very worn out deck might help you aswell. I find bottom dealing easier with "well broken in" decks.

    Lost with the Bottom Deal

Don't learn the bottom deal from someone that can't do it himself. My guess is that you haven't found the right pressure points yet. Since the Madison thing is a cheap version of Gene Maze's deal, I'd recommend to check out "The Art of Bottom Dealing". The book explains the grip and the deal in...

CENTER DEAL, finally nailed it!! (Video)

This deal is described in "The Art of Bottom Dealing" by Gene Maze.

    Bottom Deal

You're dealing way too fast. Start slow. During the deal you have to adjust the grip. This could be because you haven't quite got the pressure points right. Again, start slow and get comfortable with the grip first, before you try to deal as quickly as possible. This also helps finding the right...

    Center Deal or Bottom Deal

Edward, Yep, nothing to argue about here. Here is where I have my problems. The above points are all well and good, however that is the theory. In practice, the drawbacks that you mentioned bring me to the conclusion that it is just no applicable as a "secret move". To admit, I haven't...

    Center Deal or Bottom Deal

Edward, Can you please refer me to a source where the Center Deal is actually used as a secret sleight and not in a demonstration of false deals? I'd love to be proven wrong but from my experience the Center Deal is a fun move to practice and to show off with, but not something that would be...

    Center Deal or Bottom Deal

I'm not sure why you're even thinking about doing a Center Deal here. Definitely go for a Bottom Deal. The situation you've described is one of the most popular applications of Bottom Dealing in magic and there are dozens of tricks that use it that way. No offense, but I think you're...

    Problems With The Bottom Deal

Practice more. Everyone that just started with the bottom deal has these problems. Play around with the position of the bottom left corner (assuming you're right handed) of the deck at the base of your thumb. Holding the deck higher or lower in your hand might also help you.
